Pros
We constantly get compliments about the covers and they are very easy to swap out. If you can swap the battery, you're 90% done. There is a definite difference between the one that came with the doorbell and the accessory plate.
It’s the best i can do to match our brass hardware to the ring doorbell. It kind of blends the whole door bell in with my brick.
Cons

I would reccomend these faceplates to add a little pop of color to the front of your house if thats what youre looking for my doorbell is the ring 3

I think because of the location and it being out of the elements it wont be an issue more of an observation
