Cons

Ring has the absolute worst customer service of any company that i have ever dealt with. Even the customer support team is unable to track a shipment using the order number. Contacted amazon for a refund.

It's temperamental when it comes to connecting to the internet. We set it up and since then it continously goes offline. It goes online for a few days, then back offline again.

Worked ok at first but now wont connect. Tried to re setup and never goes into setup mode, no light at all. When trying to reconnect the thing refuses to reset. I have to take out the battery and then out it back in and it connects back.
