Outrageously poor quality. No improvements for more than 3 years. Company won't let you operate their product without a subscription. Customers support really disnt care at all, unsympathetic and robot like. Bad battery life and load times.
Doorbell is constantly cutting out and disconnecting from the wifi.

It’s easy to use, the camera is great, the sound quality is good.
Very good quality would definitely recommend this product i love it easy to use also very easy to set up goo quality camera.
The charge in it lasts about 3 weeks when i have it set to medium sensitivity with alerts.
I charged it for at least 5 hours before installing and still has 91% battery.

Got this for such a good price, was alot easier to install than i thought it would be and works fabulous.
Bought on prime day, got it for a very good price.
All the features of 3rd gen and 4th gen except camera pre roll got for an excellent price .

Ive wanted one of these for a while because i have mobility and mental health issues which means some times i cant open my front door or people dont give me enough time to get down 3 flights of stairs

I have it set up to tell visitors im coming to the door so please wait a minute which seems to have stopped people leaving before i can get to the door

I was worried that it would constantly go off with notifications from the local wildlife foxes cats deer etc but this hasnt been the case

Havent subscribed to the ring plan not sure if i need it as the motion sensor live view works really well on its own

Who knows the guy who designed the fitting bracket might have just put any old numbers in for the spacing of the holes and if so im sure hell go with the it was intentionally designed that way

What i didn’t like was after 28days the video stops working because you have to subsribe £5 a month which i feel is a lot as i only want it to be able in the winter that i can see anyone at my door when it’s dark…
