Quality
Once set up i found the picture quality is very good even the night vision quality is impressive.
The call quality is great, app easy to set up and i pay £3.
It takes great pictures but if you zoom in the quality is not great when the person is not actually coming to the front door.
Need to have a fiddle with the settings, somehow it is not picking up me pulling onto the paved front garden.
Price
We also got this on a deal with other ring products so the price was amazing too.

I updated my existing ring doorbell to this version but am not convinced it is an improvement

This new doorbell also seems to have a delayed response in alerting me to someone being at the door and in allowing me to communicate with them

The software however is better at switching from home to away but not so good at switching back when i return

There are upgraded versions but i didn’t feel the additional cost justified this although the removable battery on the 3rd generation doorbell would be nice to have so i don’t have to keep popping over to unscrew the entire doorbell to charge it every few weeks
