Video looks great and the audio helps add context. Once connected, the unit runs nearly seamless. The doorbell signal seems reliable. The remote access is more than adequate.
I'm somewhat of a geek, but the instructions were easy to follow. It is a hard fit into the provided outlet box but once you figure it out, all is ok. Not easy to install but worth it.

Of the time when i tap the notification or open the app directly, yesterday's screenshot is all that loads. Good picture quality and fast to connect. The app works well with motion zones if you choose to turn on motion detection.

After spending more than an hour with support trying to resolve the issue it was determined that the unit was no longer emitting a wifi setup network and was preventing us from reassociating it to our account

It was decided that they would send us a replacement device until support could not authenticate that the device was actually ours even though i can prove it was bought on amazon
