I'm somewhat of a geek, but the instructions were easy to follow. It is a hard fit into the provided outlet box but once you figure it out, all is ok.

Cons

Doorbell which doesn't work at all for minutes at a time is fatally flawed. It's really inferior compared to what is possible. Its just black.

I'll be 5 stars once the app works anywhere close to reliably.

I had problems with the ring pro because my wifi would not work continuously.

Price

I don’t think the price is competitive based on other poe doorbells.

Competitiveness

I’ve tried the same cat6 cable as my other doorbell and it still is buggy.

Front end you need a cat-5 cable.

Every now and then the app will glitch but way less any of the competitors.
