Pros

Camera clarity is higher than the others 1,3&4 versions. The picture is clearer with a wider field of view. They include the angle mounting kit in the box now so that's a plus.

Everything works well with the exception of the door chime. Installation is easy if your just plugging it in rather than using its internal battery or manual wiring. There is a qr code on the back of the doorbell so you just scan the code with your ph... Read More

Cons

The problem is that it randomly and too frequently goes offline. In the rare event of a power outage, all my other devices manage to reconnect, but the ring can't do it.

These are subpar from my expectations. To much money wasted along with time. Not worth the headaches or the money. This is not worth the headache!

It is almost a bait-and-switch as they never inform the customer that you'll likely have to spend another $25+ for the ring transformer.
