Pros

Clear video, even in low light. Audio clear and audible. Great if you live on a busy street and don't want to see every car, dog or squirrel that passes by. Ring gave me fantastic help and they were pretty quick about it too.

Cons

The app is so so. I hate that it lacks apple integration too. You can't be credited for anything you didn't do.

Ring video doorbell pro died suddenly and is now out of warranty. Would so not recommend a refurbished model. Timeframe of failure is very short.

Could not reconnect to wifi. Apparently it has a non-replaceable required battery inside (even though it was hardwired to power). But connecting to the wifi network was a failure.
