The the ring community is very attentive! We know whats going on around out neighborhoods. Easy app. Much clearer video than 1st gen.
Cons
This camera is worthless as it failed to detect the motion surrounding the theft of our truck. It only detects people if they're with in like 3 ft from the camera. Paying for it to record is completely *.
Ring stinks and their monitors seem to be fired employees. App is absolutely no help, it just redirects you to a website. The mobile app is very annoying, constantly sending notifications on new products.

My problem with ring they force you to buy a protect plan i have 2 doorbells i bought the plan for front door

I added a camera for the back door a month later when the 30 day trial went out they completely shut down video so i had to buy plan for back door
