Pros

Followed the instructions without any issues.

Camera quality is excellent, motion settings are customizable. The footage is usable in close range. Motion detection sensitivity varies even after tuning a bit.

The playback is very smooth. The only complaint is that the tiny screws on the back of the camera are kind of a pain in the *, but the chime part takes two seconds!

Cons

While i admit she was very courteous and kind without me being able to remove the faceplate she was unable to help me. Not connecting not to mention it looks very unattractive.

The doorbell is offline again and i'm sure as soon as i check the transformer i'll find out it is again dead. I recommend instead a product that has a wired video feed. No way to mount to wired house doorbell.

After the 30-day trial, it's like it purposely is * so that you buy the monthly plan. The other drawback with ring app is that it's filled with info-ads.
