Pros
Video is super clear and works with alexa. Chime has different tones to select from. The alert goes to your cell phone. I am very pleased with the outcome.
In the end, i'm impressed at the level of service they provided and stood behind their part to ensure it was working for my situation. Murica has all the essentials.
Cons
One is less than 10 feet from the router, the other is more than 20 feet. Movements are just a currputed mess. There was absolutely no pin on this device. It’s a trap, buy something else.
You have to pay a monthly fee to be able to retrieve videos captured, otherwise, you can only see live when it connects to wifi. Once the free 30 day subscription runs out the only thing it does is show live video, so it's pretty worthless at that poi... Read More
The ring doorbell won't ring in your house, you have to disable your present chime and buy their's. It's impossible to reconnect them remotely, is a testament to their poor design.

The cámara view is great just at night it’s a little hard to see but overall great product
Otherwise i would say get a better quality doorbell.
It would be too blurry to identify anyone with the door cam.

So many security camera programs either capture images that it shouldnt or misses images that it should have gotten

My suggestion is to use ai to write a program code that would activate the camera when a human or vehicle is detected

This doorbell apparently has issues staying connected with certain mesh wifi networks and they were able to provide a solution to this
