Pros

Software is super configurable. Easy to download and maneuver through the app. One annoying thing is that there's a round led around the button that's permanently on, and cannot be turned off.

The ring and ring chime were easy to set up and both work great. The only thing i don't like about it is it does not work with mechanical chimes. It does everything i need it to do, except! The camera quality and range of view is more than enough.

Cons

This product is only compatible with the ring wi-fi chime. The door bells conantly reconnect if your house is older the wires wont keep the door bell running and there monthly service is more that a real security company. If you reset the modem, it's ... Read More

I'm pretty sure this model is a downgrade form an older ring doorbell from several years ago. After 10 days no replacement. I’m kind of stuck with the ring ecosystem so i hope they have a better and more durable version.

Felt taken advantage of by buying. That makes zero sense. Competitors provide similar products, without a subscription for virtually the same price and local storage capability.

One thing that i did have an issue with was the camera kept disconnecting from my wi-fi.

Works great but i do have to re-charge it about every two months.

I would recommend the product at the great price.

99 subscription each month so you can keep older video but that is a small price to pay for the security of your home.
