Pros

Ring chime and doorbell works well. I wish the motion sensor would announce their presence before ringing the bell.

Since it was still in warranty (1 year warranty) they were able to replace it free of charge. It’s cheaper and a better buy than that google nest *.

Cons

The device is about 12 feet from the router and 10 feet away from the wifi extender. Theres no ability to operate if the wifi goes out. Cannot change wifi.

I was given another # at amazon to call to get a “price match’ to reorder. The company expects you to pay for a subscription in order to use 95% of the features.

This is a substandard camera and i do not recommend anyone buy this 3 rd rate device. The button and camera are bulky and could be half the size and price. Indoor cameras, sure, good security outdoor camera no.
