Video quality is amazing as well and it looks so fancy and nice! Great quality picture too. Night vision is good as well. I like the new color i think the hd is sharper than generation 1.

Easy to install, rechargeable with long lasting battery, and motion detection. Have not yet had to recharge the battery…. The battery seems better than my old kami doorbell.

The monthly subscription for basic service is lame and i’m not paying monthly just to record who is leaving a message at the door.

The app and the ring door bell inconsistently talk to each other. It's happened to me 2-3 times. Apparently, i my cell phone was tracked.

Ours is only connected and works maybe 40% of the time. It's a batter powered which goes dead 3 weeks and the connection to charger is very intermittent and must be jimmied to get it to work. Uninstalled this new one to try and reset the wifi.
