Slightly raised front so if the phone falls flat on its display it doesnt break

The only downside is that the hole for the lightning connector does not allow charging on my belkin charge stand as the shoulder on the belkin is wider that the hole in the case

This is fairly easy to do as the case is flexible but slightly annoying that i have to do this

This isnt necessarily a fault with the case design just that the case and my charging stand dont work together

The case does have a certain amount of grip and will resist sliding around on any surface with a moderate friction coefficient

This generally a plus point but can also be a downside when sliding the phone in and out of pockets as it tends to grip the pocket material just as well
