Pros
Bought for my chihuahua. It's light and small enough for him to handle and not too heavy on his lap! My 17 year old cat loves it.
This is my second purchase of this product. The quality is good and the size is very generous.
It takes time to heat up, but it has timer and temperature settings. Easy to set the desired temperature and timer. It has a safety timer on it to automatically shut it off.
Cons
The outside is not waterproof only a thin fleece cover. The cover constantly comes undone because the cord travels through the open end of the zipper. Turns on and only stays on for 5 ish minutes.

The heat controls are easy to see and use and the cord is a good length.
Very well made and we like the option of programming temperature and hours.
The pad holds the temperature , and turns off after 10 hours.
It has a safety timer on it to automatically shut it off.

I would not recommend using the higher temperatures for your pets 120 degrees f seems a bit too hot for animals
