No adhesive it clings to your stairs.

I was concerned about how the quality would be for such a low cost but they are great.
It's not very expensive either, but spend a little more money.
But for the price of a large set of these, you will get your worth out of them.
The price was great for 15 of them where most others were charging 25-50 dollars more to get 15.

Not very sticky on botttom and not thick but i bought extra padding and cut it to fit under these
