The shorts are only six panel but the pad is definitely better than the old chamois! I have a 38-42 waist depending on who's counting, even the inch which ought to be set in stone has a little size inflation. The padding is well placed and sufficient.... Read More

I personally love the'structured' look of the design. The quality is great! Beautiful design, very well constructed.

Nice slim, supportive fit. Great fit, comfort and fit. Steed a8 is well worth every dollar.

Only criticism is a unique chemical smell that persists even after several washings. I love that it is slim so i get the full benefit of the compression. Chamois remains comfortable and in place on rides over 100 miles.

Cons

Ok for riding a drop bar bike might not feel right if your on a more upright sitting bike. On the other hand the shamy goes too far forward, very ood feeling.
