Pros

There are about 14 workouts, overlapping in what they work on, and they are scheduled in a non-periodic fashion. I'm only a week into it, but i’m very pleased with how fast pace everything is.

There are some serious cardio days that get the heart pounding, combined with some weight work. Jody is likable, and most of all doesn't seem fake. The trainer is clear with cues and has a sense of humor.

The workouts are a little more intense and focussed than p90, but they are shorter. It combines the strength training of p90x without as much lag time.
