Pros
For 45 dollars, this is awesome. I am using it religiously. It’s * my 59 year old *.
There are ways to scale the workouts back for beginners and up for experienced athletes. I love that they don't push overpriced products during the workout. Only real complaint is there is no cool down/stretch period after each workout.
Jody hendrix is the perfect balance between being a motivator and encourager. Jody is a great trainer - he's able to motivate you without being annoying like some other programs i've tried. Scaling is totally fine.

The cons (as some may perceive):**it is very intense. The production isn’t as good, but realistically, you’re not really watching it. Noticed some results. But not overally impressed.

This workout is geared toward males. There are literally 300 squats in every workout, regardless of the focused areas.

Great set, just started will see in 12 weeks
All of the good upper body moves (pushups, pull-ups, dumbbell presses) are incorporated as well.
Each dvd let's you pick an audio track from full on conversational mode to music only to silence.
Very low production, not necessarily a bad thing, just don't expect the same type of production as the beach body programs.
Price
Great price, but not really for beginners.
However, didnt feel like it was a bad but for the money and a waste of time when doing the program.

I've never seen items shipped like this.
It came very quickly , so have not had a chance to try it out yet .
Packaging/appearance
Everything was in package that was described, i haven't had a chance to do the workout, i will have to get back with you
The product is good but it was not even boxed up or wrapped.
Competitiveness
Also i think it is much better than these programs for building leg strength and flexibility.
I purchased ript90 + ript90 fit less than what it would cost for p90x3 elite block (1) dvd (only 3 workouts).
For about the same money would supreme90 is better.

Most of these workouts are only about 20 minutes some maybe 12 just a few upward of 40

You dont need to work out for 12 hours a day to get in shape like some other series
