They shipped me new resistance bands and they actually work.
The company did everything possible to get a plug to us quickly, however that was not possible because they were out of stock.
Our unit arrived without a plug to hold the air in the ball.

The only things i would note is that it seems higher and sliiiightly less wide than others ive used which makes balance a little harder and the lines around it are more raised so your hands have to get used to it they dug in a little at first if you are doing pushups and such on the ball

And its not a straight through exercise video like im used to

It shows basic moves then tells you to repeat x number of times or for x number of minutes so you have to keep pausing it
