Quality
Quality is amazing and it was pretty easy to assemble.
It’s steel so it’s very strong and durable so far.
50 hours to put together, and my second one took 13 hours to put together because the directions were so poor and misleading.
Fedex will ding, scratch and lose parts during shipping.
Shipping
I contacted ritfit customer support and they sent replacements, were very diligent and responsive.
It was easy to follow the steps and assemble and customer service was very fast to respond as well.
There was one damaged piece from shipping, but they responded timely and sent out the replacement quickly.
Packaging/appearance
Our unit came in 7 boxes from multiple locations.
The one and only suggestion i would have is labeling the boxes, "box 1 of x".
