Pros

Size xs fit my 6-year-old who wears a size 1 shoe. My 13 year old uses these for field hockey up to his knee. Comes over the knee, but folding them down is a quick fix.

She puts them on over her shin guards and everything fits well. Not too thin, not too thick for braces.

Cons

Despite being marketed as compression sox, these sox are simply very large crew sox. The sizing chart on the back of the package for the men's size large sock says 9-13. Inaccurate sizing description.

Great price and quality for a 2-pack.

Expecting crap, as the cost for two pairs was the same as the cost of single pairs of comparable socks on amazon.

A little big for my 5yo son, but still work great and fit his shin guards well, too.
