Holes for casters and levelers are wrong size. Each of the three server rack batteries weighs 101lbs. One of the parts/shelf bended as arrived.

Overall quality is good : steel is string and not too light, paint quality is good and there is plenty of hardware.

Competitiveness

I used this to set up an hp dl380 2u server, a 2u synology rackstation and three different switches.

The nuts on the bolts don't require a separate open-end wrench to hold while screwing which is more of a blessing than you might imagine.
