Pros & Cons
Pros
The rack is sturdy and easy to assemble. All parts are solid and not expandable-so that it is very sturdy. It is a good size for the limited space available in our japanese rental house, and he likes the open design for air flow and heat dissipation.
Product, super easy assembly. Great purchase. Good customer support.
Easy to assemble and was machined perfectly. Straight forward with a simple instruction manual.
Cons
Holes for casters and levelers are wrong size. Wheel breaks are very weak. This is purely a a/v and networking rack.

Competitiveness
I used this to set up an hp dl380 2u server, a 2u synology rackstation and three different switches.
