Pros & Cons
Pros
Assembled, this rack is rock solid. It's pretty sturdy and while i think you can find better quality racks out there, i wouldn't call this one junk or bad quality. Only negative (very minor) is that it doesn't take standard rack screws.
Cons
The directions are terrible. The bolts and nuts were missing. The anchors to attach the rubber legs are impossible to seat without breaking the cheap plastic screw.
Highlights
Quality
Easy to put together and plenty sturdy.
A perfect desktop solution, especially if you only have one or two components and need to save space!
There are rubber feet on the bottom so it won't scratch whatever surface you put it on.
Assembly was very easy, although this relies on the nuts to make contact with the metal and dig in for tightening from only the bolt side.
Price
It's pretty good all things considered, including price, which makes it a pretty good value to me.
I still like it very much although i thought the shelves etc were expensive.
If you are looking for a good tabletop rack, i suggest checking this one out, it a good value.
Packaging/appearance
The information page said that this does not come with rack screws, but my unit came with a pack of rack screws.
Competitiveness
I am using this next to a ua ox for a rack-mounted brown box voltage controller, chandler digital echo, and a 3u speakon patch ... Read More

I had to put a 2x4 in the back for it to sit on to make it level for use as shelves so that the equipment would not slide off

For rack mount i would guess a tilt would be the norm

In this situation its nicer than a full rack because i can quickly get behind it to plug things in and its less bulky

You can technically mount a 3u device on the bottom to have a total of 9u but you will only have mounting screws for the top of the device
