Pros

For my small one-bedroom place (~650 sq ft) the 74 couch is the perfect size. For $800 this couch is amazing.

This is actually 100% real leather and it's breaking in beautifully. Not able to speak to longevity but love it so far. An absolute steal at under $1200.

Blue is amazing - love the taupe color that’s weaved-in! I love the look - the green is definitely the right shade of off-emerald. It is a nice dark denim color with interwoven tan strands that give it a nice tweed appearance.

Cons

The quality of the pleather is just ok. The timeless design along with the reasonable or unbelievable price is at a cost of quality craftsmanship. It seems highly unlikely that several actual purchasers of this item would go out of their way to say it... Read More

The material is kind of scratchy and looks much more rustic than i expected. It feels like terry cloth/microfiber and has no sheen. It also smells of cigarettes. Looks like something from pottery barn.

Leather on the second couch is clearly inferior to that of the first couch. Definitely not napping couches. Oh, and one of the sofas has a wobble.

I’ve had bad luck with mid century couches from bigger brands.

The leather feels just a bit stiff at first but i feel like it’ll soften with use and it’s better than i expected for the price.

Assembly: i’m a 5’, 100lb person and assembled it myself, which was a bonus.
