Pros
The color is exactly what i was looking for. The fabric is a tighter weave which makes it more kid and animal proof. This is actually 100% real leather and it's breaking in beautifully.
The back is really supportive but has a little give. It is very comfortable and it is perfect with an ottoman.

Not a dealbreaker though. This thing is an absolute steal at under $1200. This is a way better investment than the cheaper $300 ones i was looking at.
Cons
The back cushion to the ottoman side ends up sitting several inches lower. After some closer inspection from underneath the sofa, that back support is a very thin plywood.
The material is kind of scratchy and looks much more rustic than i expected. It feels like terry cloth/microfiber and has no sheen.
The stitching is subpar. It just floats around. After less than two months of casual use there are at least 5 spots on the seating surface where the seams are tearing apart. There are multiple places that the seams have split on the cushion.
While there is some degree of subjectivity inherent there, it seems highly unlikely that several actual purchasers of this item would go out of their way to say it looks better than the online pictures. The quality of the pleather is just ok. The time... Read More

First furniture purchase from amazon- absolutely thrilled with the quality, delivery service, easy assembly and overall appearance.
It’s very nice and comfortable , i love the color and the quality is great, the leather is very soft to the touch and has no flaws.
Be forewarned the cushions are stuffed very firmly.
I was easily able to pivot it around my living room and i am not very strong.
Price
It's really nice for the price i paid on clearance.
It’s absolutely beautiful and so far it seems very worth the price.

Amazon contracted the delivery out to a local shipping service.
Packaging/appearance
Delivery was quick and the removal of the packaging was an added benefit.

I have an 80lb dog and no scratches (i'm kind of amazed that there aren't any).
