For my small one-bedroom place (~650 sq ft) the 74 couch is the perfect size. This couch is awesome! There's room for the whole family on this couch, which is awesome.

The round cushions on the ends are removable. All of the cushions have removable covers, making it easy to wash and keep clean. The sofa itself looks great, the leather feels like quality, and feels quite firm to sit on.

This is actually 100% real leather and it's breaking in beautifully. Just make sure you condition it, it’s real leather and that require some upkeep. Not a dealbreaker though.

It is a nice dark denim color with interwoven tan strands. It is dark enough to hide stains/dirt, but is still neutral.

It’s not tacky but still stands out. A little shinier than the napa, but also more durable. Leather is excellent quality; padding is very firm.

The quality of the fabric is very low. It feels like terry cloth/microfiber and has no sheen. The stitching is sloppy.

The chaise is not actually a chaise, it's an ottoman that is not attached to the sofa at all. The back cushion to the ottoman side ends up sitting several inches lower.

While there is some degree of subjectivity inherent there, it seems highly unlikely that several actual purchasers of this item would go out of their way to say it looks better than the online pictures. The quality of the pleather is just ok. The list...  Read More

The quality of the sofa version in this line is much, much better. Really nice looking but not the sofa for binge watching netflix. The couch is easy to assemble and certainly look sharp but the quality is not great.

It just floats around. There are multiple places that the seams have split on the cushion. I hope it will get softer with time because as of now (1 week in) it's pretty uncomfortable.
