Pros

It's not stiff, but it is firm, so you won't have sagging. All of the cushions have removable covers, making it easy to wash and keep clean. They are comfy enough and very cute and they feel sturdy.

This couch is perfect. It fits perfectly in our small apartment. This couch also has tall legs so my rumba can vacuum underneath it.

The swatch shown in the previous seemed to be darker and with a little brown, but there is no brown, it's a true light grey. It’s a beautiful dark charcoal.

This thing is an absolute steal at under $1200. For the price-point, it can't be beat. I have 3 kids under the age of 5 and it can take the beating they give it every day! But not consistently or enough to bother me.

Cons

The leather on the second couch is clearly inferior to that of the first couch. The couch is easy to assemble and certainly look sharp but the quality is not great. This sofa was advertised as new in damaged packaging.

The quality of the pleather is just ok. While there is some degree of subjectivity inherent there, it seems highly unlikely that several actual purchasers of this item would go out of their way to say it looks better than the online pictures. The list... Read More

The back cushion to the ottoman side ends up sitting several inches lower. After some closer inspection from underneath the sofa, that back support is a very thin plywood. The additional pillows that are provided serve no function in comfort.

The material is kind of scratchy and looks much more rustic than i expected. It looks and feels like cheap naugahyde. It feels like terry cloth/microfiber and has no sheen.

Was a little worried the quality of this line was going to be super cheap but it's perfect for my place.

First furniture purchase from amazon- absolutely thrilled with the quality, delivery service, easy assembly and overall appearance.

Be forewarned the cushions are stuffed very firmly.

I was easily able to pivot it around my living room and i am not very strong.

It’s absolutely beautiful and so far it seems very worth the price.

It is mostly assembled in the box, all you have to do is add the legs and the cushions.

All i had to do was take it out of the box, and screw on the legs.
