Pros
The product itself is very nice and comfortable. It’s spacious, comfortable and quality leather. Perfect for cuddling up with coffee or a book. Super comfy and perfect for my living room.
It is sturdy and easy to attach the legs with a hand drill. The brass legs are also extremely solid and a breeze to attach. The overall quality is amazing for the price.
The bottom cushion is not removable for cleaning, but it is nice that it doesn't move around when you get up/sit down/situate. We have labradors who also enjoy the couch.
The fabric is wonderful- soft and luxurious but feels like it is fairly durable. It’s a lovely shade of gray, not at all dull or nondescript. Has a slight chemical odor, probably from packaging.
The chair is deep. The seat depth is nice. It's big enough that my 3 year old and i can sit together comfortably. Also, i believe this chair can easily transition with different decor.
Cons
Complete flakiness. Epic fail, amazon/xpo. Very disappointed and burdened. Not a happy camper.

Price
The price on this sofa fluctuates a lot.
The couch itself is pretty, got good padding, easy to assemble, but honestly not worth the price.
Shipping
The shipping and delivery were very easy!
West elm could take a lesson from amazon regarding free shipping.
Shipping coordination through 3rd party carrier lacked transparency.
Hard to imagine it ever getting damaged while shipping.
Packaging/appearance
Then we just zipped on the seatback cushions.
Has a slight chemical odor, probably from packaging.
Competitiveness
Amazon took care of it—not perfectly, but close enough.

At 1140 i called to check and learned that couch delivery got rescheduled to the next day
