Pros

It's big but stylish. Looks classy in our master suite. Really gets lots of compliments.

The couch is absolutely gorgeous! Love the sofa. It is so comfy that being relegated to sleep on the couch is no longer a punishment.

The cusion is the perfect mix of firm and cozy. It’s great quality and super comfy. Very comfortable and sturdy.

The velvet is the softest velvet i've ever felt. The fabric is high quality and the cushions are the perfect balance of firm but plush.

The amount of packaging is not to be underestimated and is something of a bear to dispose of. Well packed, fast shipping.

Cons

Leather looks very dry, crackling in some places. Can't seat 3 comfortably. One of the legs the holes are not drilled properly.

Shipping

Sofa arrived this morning between 6am and 9am as requested.

Delivery was on time and setup was easy.

Waited almost 4 weeks to get the couch.

The delivery however, leaves a lot to be desired.

Packaging/appearance

Great care is put into packaging and delivering this item.

The sofa came nicely packaged, great piece to finish off my man cave.

They brought it in, unpacked it, and carried the packing away after we aporoved the couch.

The box came very damaged so i actually had speculation it wouldn’t arrive well inside and was ready to be disappointed.

Competitiveness

Much better than some more expensive ones we looked at in-store.
