I see no signs of bits of fabric coming loose the fringe seems nicely done and it didnt even require weighing down the corners after unrolling it they basically went down on their own after a day or so and even before that they werent that bad

There is a fringe on two ends of the rug and its a good medium size rug works well in our mud room and entry way but way too small for a living room
