Pros
Leather feels like butter, so comfy, and we’ve already received so many compliments. It came packaged fairly well. If any of my cat scratch it, i can buff that scratch out with some leather furniture polish.
It is on the firmer side and feels well supported with just enough give. Cushioning is firm yet comfortable. I'm 320lbs and it hasn't broken or made a squeak.
It seats two people spaciously, though 3 people might get a little squishy. It fits nicely in the office without taking over the room. It is fairly light to move and fits through a turn in a stairway easily.
These are cute, comfy and sturdy. They are surprisingly deep and wide. It's neutral enough to fit into many spaces and has a super simple design.
Cons
It's a shame, as like i said, it looks nice, but it clearly is not made to be durable. Scheduling the pick up has been an utter nightmare. No quality assurance or customer service from rivet at all. What a hassle.
Still have not gotten my refund as of 6/26/22, couch was picked up by amazon's courier pilot. The couch is significantly smaller than advertised. I now have to pay someone to come and take it apart and move it for the pickup with no packaging.

I was so happy and surprised and impressed with the quality and size of this chair for the price and being just an amazon brand chair.
Quality is high and i’m enjoying it for a few months now.
Similar looking sofas at traditional furniture stores may come with higher quality fabric but also at a higher price.
Price
These chairs are great and the price is fantastic!
Really, i would say that the price is comparable to other sofas i have seen.
Shipping
The shipping box was flimsy and gouged with holes and tears.

Packaging/appearance
After several months, it still looks great, no pilling, tears or depressions in the cushions.
There were some punctures in the cardboard packaging (where fork lifts punctured it).
Competitiveness
Also a great value compared to similar products.
Comparable to my aniline leather chairs from a different brand.

I cannot guarantee this is top grain cow skin as i am not an expert but i posted pictures of the inside of the pillow and the back loops where you can see what looks like raw suede
