Pros

The seat is a great height for myself (5’5”) and my brother-in-law (6’4”). They’re in a zipper compartment under the sofa. Cushioning is firm yet comfortable. The cushions are softer than other mid-century style furniture.

Leather feels like butter, so comfy, and we’ve already received so many compliments. I have several rivet leather furniture and this one is the most supple. Leather, especially brown natural color poses a certain challenge in this area.

It fits nicely in the office without taking over the room. The clients loves them and everyone who's visited their office is raving. It's neutral enough to fit into many spaces and has a super simple design.

Cons

The couch is significantly smaller than advertised. To add to my dissatisfaction a refund takes 14days after the item is returned. It's a shame, as like i said, it looks nice, but it clearly is not made to be durable.

Packaging/appearance

There were some punctures in the cardboard packaging (where fork lifts punctured it).

After several months, it still looks great, no pilling, tears or depressions in the cushions.

Competitiveness

Also a great value compared to similar products.

Comparable to my aniline leather chairs from a different brand.

It’s not suuuuper plush but it’s a sturdy cute colored sofa.
