Pros
We use this sofa and it's matching loveseat in our livingroom. The fabric is very high quality and the couch is extremely comfortable. Despite its small size this sofa is actually big enough for me to stretch out on (i am 5’9”).
These are cute, comfy and sturdy. Cushioning is firm yet comfortable. Just fyi, it’s comfortable to sleep on as well.
All you have to do is screw in the legs. My wife and or kids often get cozy with our pup on the sofa. There's a zipper at the bottom of the couch and the legs are housed inside.

Cons
The couch is significantly smaller than advertised. To add to my dissatisfaction a refund takes 14days after the item is returned. It's a shame, as like i said, it looks nice, but it clearly is not made to be durable.

Packaging/appearance
Legs were cleverly hidden in the couch.
After several months, it still looks great, no pilling, tears or depressions in the cushions.
There were some punctures in the cardboard packaging (where fork lifts punctured it).
Competitiveness
The couch is good quality, pretty good height, cushions are firm but i wasn't looking for a pillowtop couch.
Also a great value compared to similar products.

I cannot guarantee this is top grain cow skin as i am not an expert but i posted pictures of the inside of the pillow and the back loops where you can see what looks like raw suede
