This lamp has a matte black finish that looks like oil-rubbed bronze in color (but without the bronze flecks).

It's much cheaper than other similar pieces.

I have seen lamps similar to this in higher end stores with a hefty price $$$ tag.

Yes styrofoam was surprising and very annoying and yes as one other reviewer pointed out amazon you can and should do better

When i purchased it the color was called “beige” but it clearly has blushcoral undertones and not the creambeige i was expecting
