Pros

The fabric is soft, but the cushions are a little on the firmer side. I have no squeaky cushions as a previous reviewer stated and the sofa is comfortable to sit on. It's firmer than i thought but very comfortable.

The light grey is a cold tone, so it nicely offsets our (unfortunately) rental-beige walls. Pile your pals on it for movie night. Offsets the rental beige wall.

The legs were securely wrapped in buddle wrap inside the zipper compartment. The shipping is so fast and free - you may have to wait weeks if you order somewhere else. It ships with a huge package, but the two delivery guys helped me taking it upstair... Read More

Quality of fabric seems like it will be challenging to get stains out of and may snag. It's sturdy and well made, and the upholstery is nice. Another plus for dog parents, fur comes off easily and claws don't pull or scratch the fabric.

It fits our family of four very comfortably and not only in regards to space. There is plenty of room for both of us and our yorkie. The length of the cough is just right for a tall person to lay on to.

Cons

This thing is bad. It sags a lot, the fabric is already worn and pilling, and the pillows are way too soft. The "chaise" piece (an ottoman that doesn't attach the sofa in any way) is taller than the sofa on my sample so the foot end of the chaise sect... Read More

There is a small indention forming where we normally sit, but you can't tell from looking, only when you sit.
