It came packed in styrofoam which did not seem to hold up well to shipping seriously made a huge mess when we opened the box and began unpacking but thank goodness everything was in one piece when it arrived

I like this lamp but it really is too bad you cant adjust in in anyway

The only downside to this lamp is that while it looks like it adjusts in different positions the bend init is fixed
