Pros

It seats 4 very well with plenty of room to get comfy without crowding. The dimensions seem closer to a loveseat than a couch. The sofa was boxed properly.

It is stupidly comfy still! Cushions are comfortable. A little firm but also has some cush to it.

Overall great buy. Very happy with this purchase. Used in our rv. Update as of april still holding up great.

Only complaint is that the cream color, to me, is more of a taupe color with grey undertones. I don't really care about decor and color matching as much as some people do, so i guess that helps.

Cons

Couch was delivered with a broken armrest. Felt like it was made of thick cardboard. Uncomfortable related to cushions and seating firm/hard.

Color not as advertised! Hideous lilacish color. The color is horrific.

I was totally amazed at the quality and extreme comfort.

The couch comes fully assembled with the exception that you must screw on its legs.

Additionally, it's very light - so i worry about the longevity.

Price

The fabric used looks durable and expensive; it is definitely worth the price i paid in my opinion.

I know shipping larger objects takes time but a little forewarning would have been nice.

Packaging/appearance

Delivery was great - they put it exactly where i asked and removed all the packaging.

Big enough to seat 3 comfortably, 4 comfortably if you remove the side cushions.

It looked like a metal pole had been driven into the packaging and through the couch fabric.

The feet to the couch were within the bottom.

Competitiveness

I think i will need to add some anti-skid pads.
