It comes separated with the inner cushion rolled up in a plastic bag and the outer part much as a pillow and pillowcase

From the thumbnail this looks like a mostly grey pillow but in the pattern there is a ton of colors basically a rainbow pattern

The pillow form which i alllowed plenty of time to inflate is just underpowered for this case
