Assuming you have a solid electrical box with standard wiring the install should be fairly quick

The light was entombed in a ton of cheap styrofoam which went everywhere when i tried to unbox it

Beyond that you are getting exactly what the picture shown with the exception of the 360view which appears to be a 3d render and does not show the hollow back for the wiring
