Pros

Comfort level- at first it’s a bit stiff but gradually it softens up. Soft, beautiful, and sturdy, and roomy. The seat cushions and back rest cushions have removable covers for washing.

This couch is perfect for small spaces that need a sectional. I fit on the sectional area with no issues, but i'd guess anyone over 5'8 might not.

Having searched both stores and online, this is a great sofa and i'm very pleased. At this moment it fits my needs but when it comes time to replace i wont be looking at this option. Very happy to find this after months of searching.

This couch is light weight, feels sturdy. It's comfortable to sit on, and my dogs love napping on it.

All you have to do is get the legs that are in a zipper compartment on the bottom and screw them in. The legs are still okay. This translates to the legroom as well.

Cons

Overall, i’m pretty satisfied with the couch.

Overall, i am pleased with the product.

I was scared the sectional was going to come with the cushions wrapped up and the life sucked out of them.

I agree that this doesn't really seem like real leather, definitely pretty low quality if it is.

Price

It's true that is not the most comfortable couch out there, but for that price, is very nice, and also has a good size.

I had never considered buying a sofa on amazon but it was the size i needed and the price was amazing!

Other than that the couch is nice for the price.

Shipping

It worked out, but was shipping related, not product related at all.

Packaging/appearance

It did remove some odors, the rest is maybe just the contents settling out of the dusty cardboard.

Delivery guys brought it into my house, unboxed couch, screwed in the legs, pur it where i wanted it & removed all packaging in 15 min!

Competitiveness

It looks like a much more expensive sofa than the actual economical cost.

Then they expect me to return this and buy it again at now a higher price!

Just wish the color weren’t so cold.
