Pros

This couch is perfect for small spaces that need a sectional. Just enough for a small city apartment, yet will sit 3 comfortably. The legs are inside the couch and all you do is twist them in and done!

Leather is nice and very durable, although a little rough. It compliments my decor. The craftmanship is impressive.

They aren’t washable. The stains are impossible to remove and scrubbing only makes pilling worse. The sofa material is coarse.

Its comfortable, seems to be well made and have tons of room for our family.

Seems very easy to clean and extremely durable so great for dogs and families.

Versatility-i’ve made the mistake of buying a sectional that could only be placed in a certain spot due to the shape.

My cat keep scratching it every 5 mins and i don’t see any mark.

I got this for a steal of a price and man!

This is a great sofa for a good price.

I paid the $30 extra to have amazon unpack, assemble, and throw away the trash.

I cant believe i paid so little for this sofa.

Shipping

First of all, amazon and shipping company did a great job here with delivery.

It was delivered quick and setup was extremely easy.

So i liked that they had the option to pay an extra 20 dollars to have it delivered into your room of choice.

I paid for delivery to the room, but really, i could’ve managed it.

Packaging/appearance

The box showed up looking like it had tumbled off a truck and down a steep hill.

No apologies or nothing when i had told them about the unpacking package after they tried to leave.

So i stopped them and told them i had the unpacking and assemble package.

It came in a big box and my building has really tight and narrow corners.

Competitiveness

I don’t think i’ll ever buy a couch from a different brand or place.

We had one from the same brand in a different state and sold it for the sake of not moving….
