I was very pleased with the quality of this couch.
We really like this chair for the quality and comfort.
Quality isn't even a question with these chairs, so if that's your concern but you like how they look then look no further!
The quality of the fabric i would say is 7/10, way better than ashley, ikea or mor quality.
Price
This sofa lives up to the hype and i think the price is fair.
I hope the price stays reasonable so families on a budget like us can continue to enjoy the brand.

The easiest to put together (literally just twist the legs into place), very comfy, swappable configurations, and the right price
Shipping
The shipping took longer to expect but considering the storm we had this week they arrived in perfect condition.
After visiting several furniture stores online the idea of paying for shipping and waiting two-plus months for a sofa wasn't going to work.
Packaging/appearance
Hole in the plastic packaging allowing for allergens to collect!
Competitiveness
Overall, 5 stars for just being easier than wayfair and i'm just happy to have a couch.
Great size, verrry soft leather feels like it cost over $1,000 easily.

The 5th leg in the middle however does not touch the floor see pics but i thought it was good enough that there would still be some support if someone put their weight in the middle

The bottom of the couch also had a defect in the material see pic but since it is out of view i didn’t bother returning it

The cushions we still haven’t figured out it is not horrible by any means like you might need to move the cushion back once a day but that’s it
