I wouldnt call it red at all and it wont match any true reds if thats what youre looking for

I haven’t planted anything in this so far but i would just note that the thing i noticed about this planter when i first put it into its final location was that the stripes aren’t very high on the planter as you can see in the photo with the result being that the stripes are difficult to see except from a distance

Such a beautiful planter but i do see why they mention using a succulent house plant or artificial plant
