Pros
Vahdam's ginger chai is the best chai i have ever tasted. The top note is that of raw fresh ginger root. I typically use unsweetened almond milk in my matcha, which is sweetened, but opted to used original almond milk instead.
Fresh and flavorful. Package is good enough that i didn't need to move the tea to another container to keep it fresh. A guidebook on brewing, a nice bag to transfer your tea to, a new label to put on the bag, and a small discount card.
This is a very pleasant tea, fresh and citrusy, but i can't taste any bergamot. The tea is very fresh tasting and a really nice flavor with the spearmint.
I am a repeat vahdam customer, all of their teas are great but this is one of my favorites. Love the environmental/social message/protocol behind this company's production. My rating is 4.
Cons
Not a trace of the delightful darjeeling aroma is present. While its ok-better than liptons it lacks the nuances of a true assam tea. If you love turmeric tea, stick with the rishi brand.
This is highly misleading advertising. I am never ordering from this company again. Product oz in description (2 pack of 7oz, 14 oz total) and what arrived is less than half of that amount.
