Obviously alexa won’t hear you if the music is too loud so be sure to lower to a volume where it can hear

The pairing of these two items is to make the sale more attractive but in my opinion the viva is quality the mount is junk

After selfdiagnosing myself with several memory issues which i ordinarily wouldve asked alexa about i would resign myself that alexa was just an athome thing

One drawback is the viva is not a native alexa device

It requires the use of its own application to connect to alexa but once installed the app becomes transparent as it activates automatically upon the phone detecting the unit
