Sealing
Customers have mixed opinions on the sealing ability of these water tubes for pool covers. While some report that they work well and hold down the cover effectively, others mention issues with leaks and low durability.
Highlights
Quality
I bought two sets of these and they are very durable.
The 10-foot length makes the coverage almost perfect, with enough room on either side for movement of the cover, but holds it in place.
Last week, we had 2-3 days of 30-40mph wind gusts and the cover didn't budge.
Pull it out, unfold/unroll it, place it where you want it, and then fill it up from a hose.

I get a lot of leaves and small branches which sometimes can prick the thinner tubes when the gardener blows them off our garden
