As for sound, i'm very happy with the quality.

Everything works great, i got the gloss finish as i read too many reviews of the other ones with the leather covering that faded over time.

The result is that the lower notes have a lack of clarity and if the person speaking mumbles as a lot of them do these days it makes listening difficult
